Daniel Gorczyca was born in Orange and currently resides in Corona del Mar.

Mr. Gorczyca graduated from The University of Southern California (B.S. 2008) with a degree in Business Administration and received his Juris Doctor from The University of California at Davis (J.D. 2011). Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Gorczyca had served as a law clerk at PWGG&C since 2008.

Mr. Gorczyca was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011. He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association (Family Law Section).

In his free time, Mr. Gorczyca enjoys exercising and supporting USC sports teams.
